“Are you afraid to say Republic of Artsakh and include that formulation in the government program? Are you afraid to visit Artsakh on September 2? How is it that the Prime Minister has not visited Artsakh even once since the war? The issue is the intention that you are trying to avoid, to renounce the topic of Artsakh,” noted Agnesa Khamaoyan.

Vladimir Vardanyan remarked that they have turned an important and serious discussion into sensational headline materials. The parliament member assured his opposition colleague that he is not afraid to say Republic of Artsakh. “I am not afraid of anything, but I am also responsible for the security and fate of every citizen of the country, including Artsakh. Therefore, every word, every proposal, everything must be discussed on the principle that it does not harm anyone,” said Vladimir Vardanyan.
