Prime Minister Pashinyan Expresses Condolences to Vladimir Putin

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a condolence telegram to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, regarding the untimely death of the Russian Minister of Emergency Situations, Yevgeny Zinichev. This information was reported by the press service of the Government of Armenia.

The telegram states: "Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, I was deeply saddened to learn about the tragic death of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, Yevgeny Zinichev, while fulfilling his official duties. On behalf of the people of Armenia and myself personally, I ask you to convey my sincere words of sympathy and support to Yevgeny Zinichev's family and friends."

It is worth noting that Zinichev died yesterday during a training flight in Norilsk on September 8, while attempting to save the life of filmmaker Alexander Melkin.
