Collision Between MAN Truck and Honda Leaves 7 Injured

Today, on September 9, a major traffic accident occurred in the Kotayk region. Around 07:00, on the 22nd km of the Yerevan-Sevan highway, known to the public as the Avazi mines area, a Honda and a MAN branded vehicle collided.

According to shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, 7 people were injured, of which 6 were transferred to the Abovyan medical center, and 1 to the Hrazdan medical center.

The first to assist the injured were citizens, along with the rapid response team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Police officials, including the head of the Kotayk regional police, Arthur Zohrabyan, and the head of the Kotayk police division, Saribek Rustamyan, also arrived at the scene. The police are investigating the identities of the drivers and the injured.

As a result of the collision, the Honda knocked down 2 traffic regulation signs and ended up in the divider zone.
