Russian Emergency Minister Dies While Saving Another Person's Life
Evgeny Zinichev, the head of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry, has died while performing his official duties in a heroic act to save a life. The information has been reported by RIA Novosti.
In August, he turned 55 years old and had been leading the rescue service since 2018.
The tragic incident occurred during inter-agency exercises aimed at emergency response in the Arctic region, specifically in Norilsk.
