The mother of 10-year-old Nastya Feslery, one of the murdered children, learned about her daughter's disappearance only this morning. According to Mash, the woman was unconscious and under the influence of alcohol. It is noted that last year on July 8, the girl was also missing for an entire day.
As previously reported, in Kiselievsk, on September 6, two ten-year-old girls left home in the morning to go to school but never returned.
Security cameras last captured the girls in a store with a suspicious man who was buying candy for the children. It has been revealed that the unknown man's identity is 41-year-old Viktor Pesternikov, who has previously served time for “violent sexual acts.” He was released two years ago. Viktor Pesternikov confessed to having raped the two ten-year-old girls and subsequently strangled them. The bodies of the children have been discovered, and the arrested individual himself pointed to the location of the murders. He is being taken in for questioning.
