Have the relevant services determined what the purpose was for the Azerbaijani soldier crossing the border of Artsakh and entering the city of Martakert? What type of armed forces or service did the Azerbaijani soldier represent, how long did he remain in the territory of Artsakh, what information did he gather or possess, and what threats does his knowledge present?"
