It Turns Out People Are Being Forced to Participate in Some Kind of Scientific Experiment: Lawyer Discusses New Regulation Effective from October 1
It turns out that people are being forced to participate in some kind of scientific experiment, to perform this formal act, to say 'yes, I am vaccinated,' but it has not been proven what consequences it has or what consequences it might have even 5 or 10 years down the line, said human rights defender Ruben Melikyan during a meeting with journalists, referring to the vaccination process.
He noted that the regulation effective from October 1 requires employers to demand vaccination certificates from their employees; otherwise, employees will be forced to take PCR tests twice a month, which he claims violates the constitution.
“In my understanding, this is a direct violation of the constitution, and many are already talking about it. Compulsory vaccination cannot be considered in accordance with the constitution,” the lawyer said.
Ruben Melikyan also provided a vivid example: “Why can we not force a person to go serve in the army if their beliefs are different? Why can we not force them to fulfill a much more important obligation of defending the homeland, but we can force them to participate in a process that is not visible to them?” he stated.
Melikyan emphasized that he is examining the issue from a legal perspective and is not conducting an anti-vaccination campaign. He also predicted that after October 1, courts might be overloaded with lawsuits from citizens unwilling to be vaccinated forcibly.
