‘Hayastan’ and ‘Pativ Unem’ Factions Appeal to the Constitutional Court

The National Assembly factions ‘Hayastan’ and ‘Pativ Unem’ have collaborated to develop and submit an appeal to the Constitutional Court, challenging the powers of the presiding officer of the National Assembly sessions as stipulated by law. The appeal also contests the arbitrary interpretation and varied application of these powers, which obstruct the activities of deputies and undermine the essence of parliamentary representation.
