Video: Head of ‘Tziran’ Supermarket Security Assaulted in Yerevan

A criminal case has been initiated in the investigative department of the Nor Nork division of the police under the features of Article 258, Part 3, Point 1 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia.

The case was opened yesterday, September 2, following a brawl and assault involving a group of individuals at the ‘Tziran’ supermarket located on Gay Street. This was reported by shamshyan.com.

The Nor Nork police received operational information indicating that a group of people had argued at the supermarket and subsequently assaulted the supermarket's security chief, 29-year-old T.K.

Officers from the criminal investigation and community policing units of the Nor Nork division, led by the division head Artak Asatryan, quickly identified the participants in the fight and apprehended 48-year-old Eduard Beybutyan from Yerevan, along with his 20-year-old son Razmik Beybutyan, on suspicion of committing the act, along with several other identified individuals who were involved.
