The former Foreign Minister of Artsakh, Arman Melikyan, stated on his Facebook page: "Perhaps Mr. Lavrov himself understands very well that the prospects for establishing stable and lasting peace in the region over the next decade are very hazy, or even unachievable. I do not think that anyone today can confidently assert that at some point in the future, the Russians will not leave Armenia and Artsakh just as the Americans did in Afghanistan."
