Video: Papikyan Congratulated on the Occasion of the Republic Day of Artsakh and Arayik Harutyunyan's Birthday

September 2 is a very important day for us, and on this occasion, I congratulate all of us on the Republic Day of Artsakh, wishing the people of Artsakh resilience and will to face the existing challenges.

This was announced by Armenia's Deputy Prime Minister Suren Papikyan at the beginning of today's government meeting. The Deputy Prime Minister also noted that today is special because there is a celebrant in the government: it is the birthday of the head of the Prime Minister's Office, Arayik Harutyunyan.
