"So this is how it should be. A political decision has been made to do it this way. Don’t look for other things, it’s normal," said Vahagn Khachatryan, the Minister of High-Tech Industry, responding to a question about why the high leadership of Armenia did not visit Artsakh for the 30th anniversary of its declaration, while Nikol Pashinyan preferred to go on vacation.

He urged not to create larger issues from it. "The Armenian authorities, the government, have decided to hold today’s events in this manner. There is no problem, I believe there should be no greater problems created," he emphasized.
