Artsakh Has a New Minister of Social Issues and Migration
The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, signed a decree on September 1st to relieve Mane Tandilyan of her duties as the Minister of Labor, Social Issues, and Migration of the Republic of Artsakh.
This information was reported by the Artsakh presidential administration, which also mentioned that in another decree, Armine Petrosyan has been appointed to that position.
