Azerbaijani Soldier Found in Martakert's Homes Arrested: Artsakh Investigative Committee

The Investigative Committee of the Republic of Artsakh informs that on August 28, a criminal case was initiated regarding an Azerbaijani soldier discovered in the city of Martakert. The same day, the soldier, Jamil Babaev, was charged and accused under several articles of the Artsakh Criminal Code, including Part 1 of Article 350, Article 316, Part 1 of Article 145, Part 1 of Article 135, and parts 2, 3, 4, and 6 of Article 133.

As a measure of restraint, detention has been chosen. The investigation is ongoing.
