VIDEO: Sanosyan on the Goris-Kapan Road Section

Moments ago, the governors and Minister of Territorial Administration Gnel Sanosyan entered a meeting with Nikol Pashinyan to discuss various matters. Hraparak.am inquired whether they were addressing the issue of the Goris-Kapan road section, but Sanosyan did not provide a clear answer.

We also asked him whether he considers the section of the Goris-Kapan road, which has been closed by Azerbaijani forces, to be Azerbaijani territory. Sanosyan stated that it is a known fact that this road belongs to us, but some parts of that road are disputed.
