Kapani Community Mayor Issues Statement

The Mayor of Kapani, Gevorg Parsyan, released a statement on his Facebook page:

“Dear residents of Kapani, I would like to inform you that as of 8:00 PM, traffic has been restored on the interstate M2 road section from Goris to Shurnukh to Kapan. There have been no changes to the organization of traffic. Concrete barriers have been installed in the Vorotan and Nor Araji areas to slow down traffic in those sections. The monitoring of these road sections will be carried out by the Russian border guards.”
