Demand Fulfilled: Armenian PM Declares 21 Kilometers as Azerbaijani Territory - Danielyan

Azerbaijan has demanded that Armenia officially declare that the 21 kilometers of the Goris-Kapan road is recognized as Azerbaijani territory, including two villages. This demand has been fulfilled, as the Armenian Prime Minister announced during a government session that the 21 kilometers are Azerbaijani territory, and he also recognized two villages as Azerbaijani using their Azerbaijani names.

To avoid any misinterpretations, several Armenian ministers and deputies clarified the Prime Minister's statements. Few understood that what occurred was an action of demarcation and delimitation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in that area.”
