Is a Checkpoint Established on the Goris-Kapan Road?

No checkpoint has been established on the Goris-Kapan road. This was stated to Armenpress by Colonel Arman Maralchyan, commander of the Border Guard troops of the NSS, commenting on media reports claiming that a Russian-Azerbaijani checkpoint has been set up on the Goris-Kapan road.

"There is no checkpoint established. The road is open, and traffic has been restored for all types of vehicles," Colonel Arman Maralchyan stated.
