Azerbaijani Forces Fire Brief Gunfire Towards Kuti

Azerbaijani forces have fired brief bursts of gunfire towards Kuti. This was reported by David Torosyan, the president of the NGO "For the Honor of the Armenian Soldier" and coordinator of the "Army-info" website, on his Facebook page.

“As of now (at 23:15), there are no shots being fired, and the situation is stable,” he wrote.
