Preparations are underway in Artsakh against Azerbaijani provocations, as reported by the Wargonzo Telegram channel.

“Since the Azerbaijanis have closed the Kapan-Goris road section, additional measures are being taken in Artsakh to ensure security in the region,” the report states.

Details about the provocation that occurred in Martakert the day before will soon be presented.

“There are all grounds to suggest that this is just the first phase of an Azerbaijani plan to escalate tensions in the region. According to our information, Russian peacekeepers are maintaining control over the situation,” the message from the project's Telegram channel reads.
