Clash with Azerbaijani Armed Forces in Vorotan Area: Azerbaijan Concentrating Forces, Mika Badalyan

A clash has occurred with the Azerbaijani Armed Forces in the vicinity of the Chayzami area (near Vorotan, adjacent to Shurnukh). This was reported by Mika Badalyan on his Telegram channel.

The enemy has suffered casualties, and the Azerbaijanis have blocked the road. In response, Russian forces have approached from behind and surrounded them. The Armenian police have also closed the road.

There are reports that Azerbaijanis are concentrating significant forces in the area. Additionally, the National Security Service has issued a statement indicating that, on August 25 at approximately 11:00 PM, the Azerbaijani side blocked the section of the Kapan-Goris interstate road at Karmirakar-Shurnukh. However, no further official confirmations have been provided on the situation.
