Azerbaijani Man Arrested in Martakert Photographed Russian Peacekeepers' Locations and Military Movements
An Azerbaijani man who was detained in Martakert may have gathered information about the Russian peacekeeping forces. This was reported by the 'Wargonzo' project, citing its own sources in the law enforcement agencies of Artsakh.
"Yesterday's arrest of an Azerbaijani military serviceman in Martakert could lead to new developments. Despite Baku's claim that the soldier got lost, there are grounds to suggest that he came to the territory controlled by the authorities of Artsakh not by accident. Specifically, according to our sources, he had a phone on him that contained a large number of photographs and videos showing the locations of various Russian peacekeeping facilities and the movement of Russian military equipment.
Additionally, just one day prior to this incident, according to the 'Wargonzo' project, there was a provocative episode in the Lisagor region involving Azerbaijani military personnel. Soon we will learn more details and will inform you as quickly as possible about them," the project stated, noting that it seems like yesterday's statement by an Aliyev deputy regarding the cleaning of Artsakh, the closure of the Goris-Kapan highway today, the arrest in Martakert, and the situation in Lisagor are part of Baku's overall strategy to disrupt stability in the region.
