Tragic Incident in Kotayk Province: 14-Year-Old Boy Found Hanging from Metal Bar

On August 23, a tragic incident occurred in Kotayk Province. At about 12:15 PM, the police received a call from the medical center in Yeghvard city, indicating that a medical team had been dispatched to a village in the province, where they discovered the hanging body of a child in one of the houses.

According to shamshyan.com, police officers and investigators found the body of 14-year-old Z.P. hanging from a metal bar used for performing pull-ups on the roof of the house, with a sports belt around his neck. An external examination of the body revealed no signs of violence.

Senior investigator Sedrakyan is preparing materials regarding the case. Several examinations have been appointed, including a forensic examination of the body. According to information from G. Shamshyan, the child was a student in the 8th grade of his local school.
