508 New Cases of Coronavirus Infection Registered in Armenia

As of August 20 at 11:00 AM, a total of 236,742 cases of coronavirus disease have been confirmed in Armenia, of which 223,736 have recovered, and 4,732 have resulted in death. The number of deaths due to other causes stands at 1,143. Currently, there are 7,131 patients receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 1,469,328 tests have been conducted, with 7,864 tests performed yesterday.

Thus, on August 20, 508 new cases of coronavirus infection have been registered in Armenia, and 5 people have died. The previous day, 2 additional deaths were also recorded, where individuals had coronavirus but died from other causes.
