COVID-19 Daily Statistics

As of August 19, 2021, 559 new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Armenia, bringing the total number of infected individuals to 236,234.

According to the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia, 11 citizens have died from COVID-19 in the past day, raising the total death toll to 4,727.

Additionally, there have been 2 cases of death from other diseases among patients infected with COVID-19 within the same day. As of August 19, the total number of these cases is 1,141.

Overall, 13 people have died in one day, and the cumulative death count has reached 5,868.

In the last 24 hours, 216 have recovered, contributing to a total of 223,443 recoveries, while there are currently 6,923 individuals undergoing treatment.

In total, 7,514 tests were conducted in one day, with a cumulative total of 1,461,464 tests performed to date.
