Lavrov Suggested International Transport Carriers Develop Operations in Nagorno-Karabakh

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has proposed to the International Association of Road Transporters to discuss the possibility of operating in Nagorno-Karabakh, where infrastructure is being restored. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

"Active work is currently underway to restore infrastructure and road networks there. Therefore, I ask you to pay attention to this promising region. In my opinion, it will be economically beneficial. Furthermore, it is important that the economic development of this area takes place with the participation of the Russian side," Lavrov said during a meeting with members of the association.
