Minister Arshak Karapetyan Introduces New Deputy to MoD, Armed Forces Leadership

On August 16, Minister of Defense Arshak Karapetyan presented the newly appointed Deputy Minister Karen Brutyan to the leadership of the Ministry of Defense, Armed Forces, and General Staff at the administrative complex. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense.

Congratulating Karen Brutyan on his new appointment, Arshak Karapetyan addressed Brutyan’s work history and the responsible positions he has held in the past. Highlighting that Karen Brutyan had previously fulfilled the duties of the First Deputy Minister of Finance at a high level, the Minister of Defense expressed confidence that in his new role, he would apply maximum effort and dedication to enhance the quality and speed of procurement processes within the defense department with his extensive work experience, ensuring proper, effective, and targeted management of financial flows.
