Criminal Complaint Filed Against Arabkir Community Leader, Investigations Underway

A criminal complaint has been submitted to the Armenian Prosecutor General's Office regarding illegal construction permits issued by the head of the Arabkir administrative district.

A resident, Hakob Hakobyan, has filed a complaint against the district head, claiming that he granted permission for illegal construction.

According to the citizen, Arabkir district head Aram Danielyan allowed construction to take place at 44/2 Sakoy Street in Sevkaraz, which does not comply with Armenian urban development regulations, and the district leader has not taken measures to prevent this.

In response to a query from 'Factinfo', the Armenian Prosecutor General's Office stated that the Arabkir division of the police is preparing materials regarding this case.
