NSS to Summon Judges of the Court of Appeal for Questioning
The newspaper 'Zhoghovurd' reports that the National Security Service (NSS) is set to summon judges of the Court of Appeal for questioning in the near future.
According to information from 'Zhoghovurd', the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Gagik Jhangiryan, had approached the head of the NSS Investigation Department to obtain clarifications about the time required to restore the automatic system and to resume the corresponding processes. He was informed that investigative actions were being conducted, and a relevant expertise in the area would be appointed.
In this context, there exists a list of judges at the NSS who are to be questioned shortly. Jhangiryan stated that they not only have suspicions of artificial intervention but also claimed to possess evidence related to specific cases. Therefore, this issue should become a serious subject of preliminary investigation.
