Lufthansa's First Flight to Armenia Has Taken Place
The first flight of the leading European airline #Lufthansa to Armenia from Frankfurt to Yerevan has successfully taken place. This information was shared through the Facebook page of the Ministry of Territorial Administration.
Present at the official ceremony were the Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia, Armen Simonyan, the Ambassador of Germany to Armenia, Michael Banzhaf, and other officials.
The Lufthansa group will operate up to 16 flights weekly to Yerevan starting from August 13, enabling citizens of Armenia to travel to 280 destinations across 100 countries.
Daily flights will be available from Yerevan to Vienna, three times a week from Yerevan to Frankfurt, five times a week from Yerevan to Brussels, and once a week from Yerevan to Cologne.
