Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense Statement Does Not Correspond with Reality
The statement released by the Azerbaijan Ministry of Defense, claiming that on August 13 at around 02:30, units of the armed forces of the Republic of Artsakh opened fire with small arms towards the Azerbaijani positions located near the villages of Yukhari Veysali, Sghnakh, and Shushi, does not correspond with reality.
It is evident that with such false declarations, the Azerbaijani side is preparing the ground for further provocative actions.
Units of the Artsakh Defense Army strictly adhere to the ceasefire regime and respond only to Azerbaijani provocations.
