Traffic Changes on Tigran the Great Avenue

In order to improve traffic safety and prevent road accidents, changes will be made to the traffic organization on Tigran the Great Avenue in Yerevan on August 13, 2021. This applies to the unregulated pedestrian crossing at the intersection of Tigran the Great Avenue and Republic Square. This information comes from the Road Police.

As a result of the changes, a new generation traffic light facility operating in 'pedestrian call' mode will be installed at the aforementioned unregulated pedestrian crossing. Henceforth, the flow of vehicles and the movement of pedestrians will be regulated by traffic light signals with the involvement of pedestrians.
