Short-term Rain and Thunderstorms Expected: Weather Forecast for the Coming Days in Armenia
Short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in various regions of Armenia during the night and midday on August 13, with the possibility of hail in some areas. During thunderstorms, meteorologists predict winds from the southwest at 5-10 m/s, with gusts reaching 15-20 m/s.
The air temperature is expected to drop by 3-4 degrees Celsius on August 14. According to the Armenian Weather Service (Haypetkidromet), short-term rain and thunderstorms are anticipated in certain parts of Yerevan during the evening and night hours from August 12 to 15, with wind gusts during thunderstorms possibly reaching 18-20 m/s.
No precipitation is expected on August 16-17. The forecasted temperatures across the regions are as follows:
