Government to Pay 16.9 Million Drams to Alvina Gyulumyan
Today, the government adopted a decision among the non-reported issues, according to which it will allocate 16.9 million drams from the reserve fund to compensate the former Constitutional Court judge Alvina Gyulumyan for unpaid allowances.
It is noteworthy that Alvina Gyulumyan had appealed to the court, and the RA Court of Cassation upheld the former judge's cassation appeal, obliging the head of the Court's staff to additionally pay Gyulumyan allowances from April 9, 2018, to June 26, 2020, amounting to 601 thousand drams per month, totaling 16.9 million drams.
