Azerbaijani Forces Open Fire on Armenian Positions in the Yeraskh Area
On August 12, starting at 17:20, Azerbaijani armed forces opened fire on Armenian positions located in the Yeraskh area along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border using various calibers of small arms. As a result, the vegetation between the positions also caught fire.
The return fire from Armenian defenders silenced the enemy’s gunfire. There were no casualties reported on the Armenian side.
As of 19:00, the situation along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border is relatively stable.
