Weather Forecast for the Coming Days

The Republic's lowland and pre-mountain regions, as well as Yerevan, are currently experiencing and expecting a high level of fire hazard situation, reports the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia.

From August 11 to 16, localized short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in some areas of the country in the afternoons and at night, with the possibility of hail in certain regions.

The wind will be coming from the southwest at 5-10 m/s, with wind gusts of 15-20 m/s during thunderstorms.

The air temperature will not change significantly.

In Yerevan, from August 11 to 15, short-term rain and thunderstorms are anticipated in some areas during the evening hours and at night, with wind gusts of 18-20 m/s possible during thunderstorms. No precipitation is expected on August 16.
