Gegham Manukyan responded from his seat, claiming that he is lying, to which Konjoryan replied, 'You are the one who's lying, freeze!'

Shortly after, Seyran Ohanyan reacted to him, and Konjoryan responded, 'Calm down, Mr. Ohanyan, don't get worked up.' After his response, the situation in the National Assembly heated up once again.
