There is No Government Meeting Where This or That Article of the State Budget Is Not Changed, Manukyan
When you talk about fleeing, remember that after the war you were looking for a bunker to escape. When you mention fleeing, recall that after November 9, journalists could hardly find government MPs in candlelight.
During a speech in the National Assembly, Gegham Manukyan, a member of the 'Armenia' faction, stated that escaping from one political camp to another is worse than fleeing from the police, in response to remarks made by Hayk Konjoryan regarding Ishkhan Saghatelyan's actions during protests.
In response to another remark from Konjoryan questioning whether their speeches are coordinated with their 'boss,' Robert Kocharyan, Manukyan asked, 'When you say boss, do you mean Nikol Pashinyan in this case, or your former HAJAM party leader, or your revered godfather Edmon Marukyan.'
According to Manukyan, the state budget has become 'pocket money' for MPs. 'They change the articles of the state budget as they wish; there is no government meeting where this or that article of the state budget is not changed,' he stated.
Alen Simonyan also responded, stating that the ruling faction has one boss: the people. 'I regret that you did not know this until now,' Simonyan remarked.
