Prisoners of War, Situation in Artsakh, and Armenia-Azerbaijan Border: Agenda of Talks with Russia

The Ministry of Defense of Armenia reports that during the Armenian-Russian negotiations held at the ministerial level in Moscow on August 11, apart from agenda issues related to Armenian-Russian cooperation in the defense sector, the key problems raised by the Armenian side included the situation on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border and pathways for resolving it, preventing border incidents, the inadmissibility of violations of the ceasefire regime in Nagorno-Karabakh, and, in this context, the exclusion of incidents such as the use of an attack drone by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces against the Artsakh Defense Army positions today, August 11, and the prompt resolution of the issue regarding the return of Armenian prisoners of war.
