Criminal Case Launched Against Audit Chamber President Levon Yolyan
Materials regarding the non-declaration of an apartment by the President of the Audit Chamber, Levon Yolyan, have been sent to the Prosecutor's Office by the Anti-Corruption Committee of Armenia, based on which a criminal case has been initiated. This information was provided to NEWS.am by Marina Ohanyan, spokesperson for the Special Investigation Service.
The spokesperson did not provide further details regarding the criminal case. According to our information, a criminal case has been launched against Yolyan under Article 314.3, Part 2 of the RA Criminal Code (providing false information in declarations or concealing information that is subject to declaration, which has led to the non-declaration of property or income of particularly large amounts).
