Video: Hayk Mamijanyan Remembers Incident During March 1 Events and Pashinyan's Order

I cannot imagine a format where the accomplices investigate the crime. This was stated by Hayk Mamijanyan, the secretary of the ‘Honorary’ faction, during a speech in the National Assembly, referring to the government's initiative to establish a parliamentary commission to investigate the 44-day war.

Commenting on the Defense Minister's order to eliminate Azerbaijanis crossing the border of Armenia, Mamijanyan said, “Could someone tell me when the opposite order was given? As many fake accounts of the ruling party circulated this on Facebook. Either accept that the information about the no-fire order is true, or the new Minister of Defense has come and is giving elementary orders based on regulations.”

In response to remarks from ruling party MPs regarding the actions on Baghramyan Avenue, Hayk Mamijanyan recalled an episode from March 1: “When Nikol Pashinyan entered the vicinity of the Myasnikyan statue, the demonstrators began to applaud him, and Nikol Pashinyan started shouting loudly, ‘Why are you applauding? Take stones and sticks!’ Those stones and sticks could have been the cause of each of the 10 victims on March 1,” said Mamijanyan.
