Bread Production Facility Closed Due to Multiple Violations of Manufacturing Process

Inspectors from the Armenian Food Safety Inspection Body's Shirak Regional Center have conducted oversight measures at the bread production facility belonging to 'ROZA-92' LLC in Gyumri.

The Food Safety Inspection Body reports that several violations incompatible with the bread production process have been identified. Specifically, the production, auxiliary, and residential buildings, as well as the equipment, tools, containers, and other items were found to be unclean, under repair, and in an unsuitable condition. The walls and ceilings of the facility were not washable and disinfectable, as required by the sanitary and hygienic norms established by legislation, and raw materials and other components were stored in conditions that did not prevent spoilage and contamination.

As a result, the production process at this bread facility has been suspended, and a deadline has been set for addressing the violations.
