10:00-17:00 - School number 31; buildings on Chekhov street 27, 29, 31, 31/1, 33, 35, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 48, 50, 52, 57a, 59a; Bagratuni street 34a, 36/1; buildings on Bagratuni street 4th lane 21, 38a; buildings on E. Tadevosyan street 12, 12/1, 12/2, 12/3, 12/5, 12/6, 12/7; residential buildings 5/5a, 5/5, 5a, 13, 15 on Sharuri street; school number 52; streets of Victory 1, 2, 6, 12, 13; Tichin street; 10 buildings in Davtashen 2nd neighborhood; school number 192 and adjacent non-residential subscribers.
11:00-16:00 - Buildings 19, 21, 23 on Glinka street; buildings 1-20 on Lisinyan street; private houses 1-33 on Bournazyan street.
12:00-16:00 - Private houses on N. Charbakh 1 street and adjacent non-residential subscribers; "Armeni" meat processing plant; "Modern" LLC.

10:30-16:00 - Partial outages in Areshat and Nshavan villages.

Vayots Dzor Region:
10:00-16:00 - Partial outages in Yeghegnadzor's Geologists street, Jermuk highway, and Chaykend neighborhood.

Syunik Region:
09:15-11:00 - Buildings 6, 8 on Khanzhyan street in Kapan; buildings 9, 10, 11 on Gay street.
11:00-12:00 - Goraik village; 13:00-15:30 - Partial outages in Tzghuk village.
