Member of Parliament Not Present at Session Due to Imprisonment, Says This Is Absurd - Charchyan

The MP is absent from the first session because he is detained. This is absurd. This was stated by Armenian Parliament member Armen Charchyan during a conversation with journalists.

“This can probably only happen in this National Assembly. Unfortunately, we don’t have any information about their health conditions. I definitely know that Mkhitar Zakaryan is in the medical unit of the Vardashen Penitentiary, because I have met him there, but I don’t know what state he is in, what health issues he has, and how we can support and help them,” noted the MP.
