Man in Ararat Region Beats Wife for Entering Their Home Without Permission
A 35-year-old man in the Ararat region has assaulted his wife for entering their home without his permission. The incident took place in one of the villages of the Ararat region, where the man argued with his wife about her entry into their home without his consent.
During the argument, the man struck his wife's face twice with his fists, pulled her hair, and then threw her to the ground, kicking her in various parts of her body. Furthermore, when he learned that the police had arrived at their home, he hit her on the back with a flowerpot from their bedroom.
According to reports from “Factinfo,” a criminal case has been initiated, and the husband has been charged under Article 118 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia for assault. As a preventive measure, a signature not to leave has been chosen for him. The pre-trial investigation has been completed, and the case has been sent to court.
