Official from a Village Administration Agrees to Strip and Dance in Front of a Camera

Recently, operational information was received at the main department of the Criminal Police of the RA Police that in early June of this year, a 54-year-old chief specialist of the village administration in Gegharkunik Province had been communicating with a Russian citizen through Facebook, under the username ‘Alina Pacellini’. According to SHAMSHYAN.com, during their communication, the chief specialist of the village administration, at the user's request, stripped naked, and the user recorded him during a video call.

The day after their next communication on the social network, the user demanded $1,500 from the official, threatening that if he did not pay, the video would be published on the Facebook pages of his relatives.

Some time later, another user, under the name ‘Petros Karapetyan’, contacted the village administration employee and provided instructions on how to transfer the specified amount through social networks. However, the official informed him that he did not have the money for the strip dance, stating that he was currently struggling financially but would reach out when he could gather the money.

Materials are being prepared in one of the territorial divisions of the Gegharkunik regional administration of the police regarding the incident.
