Fire Erupts in Baku: Sounds of Explosions Heard

A strong fire has broken out near the highway of Baku's airport, with eyewitnesses reporting that they heard an explosion. The fire occurred in the village of Bakhash in the Surakhani district.
"Household waste was burning near the highway in the Surakhani area. The fire was extinguished very quickly," reports RIA Novosti, citing Azerbaijan's Ministry of Emergency Situations.
