The NSS Seized My Personal Mobile Phone Today: Hovhikyán

After being invited for questioning in the status of a witness, the National Security Service (NSS) of Armenia seized my personal mobile phone today, claiming that they needed to find factual evidence supporting my publications regarding the war. This was stated by interethnic conflict expert Nairi Hovhikyán.

He noted that although I expressed my willingness to personally hand over all the evidence in my possession, the NSS deemed it more appropriate to seize my phone regardless.
