He particularly noted: "Is there a need to sign a new document, and is this yet another psychological pressure to convince the people under the influence of fear that there is no alternative...? Regardless, we must stand firm for every inch of land more than ever and show that the war and the number of our casualties have only strengthened us. There is no psychological oppression; Aliyev and his agents, forget it. The nation exists and stands strong. The loss of our sons has transformed us from a lion into a wounded lion; do not even dream of the downfall of the Armenian spirit! This time, the 'non-mitizens' will win: First President, is your sarcasm towards the non-mitizens not igniting? Or are Gegharkunik and Ararat regions also occupied territories? Well, speak up, why have you disappeared? Rather, take your sons and go to the border; it's your turn, prove your so-called 'peacefulness' and ensure our peace."
