UAZ Vehicle Falls 600 Meters into Ravine in Berd, Casualty Reported
On July 26, at 02:57, the Tavush regional crisis management center received a report that a vehicle had gone off the road and fallen into a ravine in the "Chatakh" area of Berd city.
A team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ regional rescue department was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that a UAZ vehicle (driver: T.K., born in 1979) had gone off the road and fell approximately 600 meters into the ravine.
Before rescuers could arrive, the driver had been transported to the Berd city hospital. The rescuers discovered the body of a passenger identified as M.V. (born in 1985) in the ravine and moved it to the ambulance.
